The Process

How We Work

From consultation to white-glove delivery, our proven 6-step process ensures you find the perfect pieces

01

Consultation

We begin with a detailed discussion of your requirements — style, period, budget, dimensions, and intended use. Whether you are furnishing a hotel lobby or seeking a single statement piece, we listen carefully to understand your vision.

02

Sourcing & Research

Our team searches across our European network: auction houses, private dealers, the Marché aux Puces, trade-only showrooms, and private collections. We access inventory that never reaches public listings.

03

Curation & Proposal

We present a curated selection of options that match your criteria, with comprehensive documentation including descriptions, photographs, provenance information, and our professional assessment of authenticity and condition.

04

Negotiation & Acquisition

Once you have selected your piece, we handle all negotiations on your behalf. Our industry relationships and expertise ensure you receive a fair price. We also coordinate any necessary restoration or customisation.

05

Logistics & Delivery

We arrange specialist shipping and delivery worldwide. From customs clearance to final placement in your space, we handle every detail with care.

06

After-Sales Support

Our relationship does not end at delivery. We provide ongoing support for maintenance, restoration referrals, and future sourcing needs.

Pricing

Transparent & Fair

Sourcing Fee

£500 – £2,000

Upfront fee based on project scope. Credited against final commission on successful acquisition.

Commission

15 – 20%

Percentage of final purchase price. Competitive with industry standards and fully transparent. No hidden fees.

Example: For a £25,000 antique purchase with an 18% commission, your total investment would be £29,500. The sourcing fee is credited, bringing the final commission to £3,000.
